My wife and I recently rented one of your C30 Class C RV's for a 4 day trip to Prescott. Just wanted to post that the experience was Outstanding! Dylan working at D567 went above and beyond for one of our guests, the client called in for a repair and they were directed to that dealer and he took upon himself to conduct a vehicle exchange because the repairs were too big an inconvenience for the client. Client couldn’t stop praising the employee on site so I want to make sure to pass along the kudos!!

 Shout outs to Antonio, a dedicate employee of our LA branch who, in the middle of the holidays, after a long day at work, pushed his personal plans aside and volunteered to battle the world infamous LA traffic to save the day for our international customers who were stranded 30 miles away from the store on a mechanical breakdown. All the elements were there for a disappointed customer to remain stuck over new year’s eve but no, Antonio took upon himself to drive the replacement unit and made sure those international clients can pursue their trip same day instead of being stuck until January second; Now this is putting a new meaning to employee owned customer driven !! Way to go Antonio !!

Brandi Jackson (Rental Agent) at DEN -”First, Brandi was amazing. Her problem resolution skills, which I witnessed while waiting in line, were excellent. She’s a real multi-tasker and conducts herself in a very professional manner. She was clearly swamped with customers when we got there and did a great job of handling all of them.
